BIG STONE GAP BOTTLING WORKS

A blurb from the Big Stone Gap Post of February 1, 1922 announces that J. K. Gilly sold his grocery stock to devote his time to the Big Stone Bottling Works which he had recently purchased.(1) I suspect that this company is the former Tenn-Cola Bottling Company. The company is listed in the 1923 Beverage Blue Book; however, isn’t listed in the 1925 edition.(2)
