Stupalsky as Secretary all of Pocahontas, VA.(1) The board of directors included the three officers along with W. L. Mustard, and George W. Craft.(1) The company had a capital of $25,000 with their stated purpose being to operate an ice manufacturing plant along with ice cream and all types of soft drinks.(1) I’ve yet to see a bottle from this company, and I don’t know what brands they were bottling.
